Lincoln Enterprise Park formally known as Poskitts Equestrian Centre started operation in 1975 Raymond Poskitt Ltd (the company) developed the site into an extensive livery and riding school facility and also a large events arena.

In 2005 a review of the business, its recourses and potential was undertaken and the conclusion reached that the company should develop in a different direction.

The site was deemed to be particularly suitable for light industrial and storage. Change of use was granted in July 2005 with overwhelming support from NKDC. In the winter of 2005 conversion of the first phase proceeded.
