HeathGuard invests further into Lincoln Enterprise Park by relocating their offices from Swinderby.
The company already owns a storage unit in phase 4 has aquired a further 2000 sqft, a desgin & build combination of office and warehouse their MD Paul Furneaux had this to say;
“At the minute we’re spread across two sites but I’m amalgamating all our operations under one roof which will not only improve efficiency but also give us the space we need to grow.
“I started the business from a room in my house in 2000 and now employ 19 staff at our offices in Swinderby where we’ve been for seven years.
“The new premises are double the size of our existing site and will give us greater flexibility as well as the opportunity to take on more staff in the future.
“The park is fantastically managed and is well presented with good security. The units are also finished to a really high standard and we are looking forward to moving in in the New Year.”
LEP Developments looks forward to welcoming Paul and his team into their new premises in 2018.
